News & Events > Gala Auction Donation Form

In 2010, the Preservation Gala Auction is focusing on "Preservation Experiences" rather than physical items.  We're seeking donations of interesting "experiences" that can be sold to groups of Gala attendees and described ahead of time on the PNJ website.   Each "experience" will be offered on a date & time certain, for a set number of people at a fixed per-person price.    The first __x__ people to sign up for the event are the "winners" and guests.  Examples below.

Hop on a Doo Wop van to experience the Wildwoods of the 1950’s + 1960’s when bright neon lights, funky motels, and rock ‘n roll were all the rage.  Visit with the owners of Summer Nites; a 50’s themed Bed + Breakfast, the National Landmark Caribbean motel, and Cool Scoops, ‘50’s style Ice Cream Parlor and each stop will be treated to one part of a multi-course dinner.  See boomerang rooflines, tiki-thatched huts, and blue plastic palm trees.  The Wildwoods contain the largest collection of mid-century resort architecture in the U.S., so join us for an extended version of the “Best Tour at the Shore”, named so by South Jersey magazine.
