The Toolkit outlines the general process, providing resources and information relevant to leasing a state owned historic property on publicly preserved land. The toolkit is a work in progress that will continue to develop as programmatic changes are made within the leasing entities within the State. This toolkit was designed to provide guidelines for local non-profits and municipalities interested in leasing and managing such properties.
