Space in corridors that attendees travel between seminars
The Marketplace will be set up in Ballroom C and the Reception Foyer. Additional Perimeter Tables will be set up in the hallways by the Mezzanine and the Terrace.
6' skirted table, two folding chairs OR 8' x 8' space without a table.
All exhibits must be freestanding; no materials may be mounted to the walls or ceiling. No tape may be used on wall of floor surfaces. Each booth is allowed two representatives. Lunch is included.
Access to electricity is LIMITED and not guaranteed for all. Exhibitors MUST REQUEST electrical access at time of registration.
If an exhibitor wishes to attend any part of the program they must purchase a conference registration IN ADDITION to exhibitor registration.
