        George Bowden and the Red Bank Historic Preservation Commission, for their exemplary work on developing a new municipal Historic Preservation Plan element and successfully designating important historic sites

        Numa Saisselin and the Count Basie Theatre, for the preservation, restoration and successful reuse of a community and regional landmark

        Mary Lou Strong, Monmouth County preservation "hero" and longtime, passionate advocate and community leader

•  Building Industry Network Awards:

        Evergreene Architectural Arts, for the firm's remarkable work in restoring and replicating historic finishes and decoration at the Count Basie Theatre, among scores of important historic places
