The Historic Property Reinvestment Act

The legislation authorizes an income tax credit for a portion of the rehabilitation costs of qualified historic owner-occupied residential and commercial properties. Known as a historic tax credit (HTC), this program encourages residential and commercial rehabilitation, downtown and neighborhood revitalization, create jobs & promote smart growth in New Jersey.
