Join us for the workshop "Focusing on Your Visitors with Public Programs & Exhibits," with guest speaker Cheryl Hargrove of Hargrove International, where we will discuss innovative strategies to enhance visitor engagement in your community and/or cultural institution. This program will explore how to tailor public programs and exhibits to meet the diverse needs of your audience. Through this interactive session, you’ll learn about understanding visitor demographics, designing experiences, and program implementation.
About the Speaker: Cheryl Hargrove
Author, instructor, and 35-year travel industry veteran, Hargrove is best known as the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s first Director of Heritage Tourism. During her tenure with the organization, Hargrove developed the key steps and principles for sustainable tourism focusing on history and culture.
